this my anonymous blog to follow my journey of weight loss. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and I am finally taking control of it. Any tips/advice is helpful.

went to the gym today yayy for me!!! im getting back into the routine. I had about 1300 calories and burned off almost 800 so my net was 500, not too shabby. according to myfitnesspal if everyday were like today i could be down 34 lbs in 5 weeks which would be ideal. :) going to the gym tomorrow and gonna do even more than i did today. i had to be a little easier cuz my knee has been killing me from the cold and rain. this time im sticking to it. i will meet my April goal.

i did pretty good today

i literally only ate a grilled chicken salad and half of a turkey sub with no mayo and lots of veggies. :) i need to get my water intake up again. ive been lax on it. :) im definitely getting back into the swing of things. I’ve been having some gall bladder issues so i can no longer eat frieds, fatty, salty, heavy, or heavily processed foods, or dairy without feeling sick SO thats good for my weight loss. I will now eat A LOT more veggies and fruits. im gonna do a high fiber, low fat diet with LOTS of liquids and vitamin and such. i’m excited. Im thinking of cutting out a certain thing for certain days of the week. like no bread on mon, wed, fri. no red meat on tue, thur, or sat. idk we’ll see. its hard whenn my momma makes dinner. but i can definitely try to sway her.

i weighed myself and i only gained back two lbs of the 27 I had lost from beg of Sept-end of Oct. which isnt too bad. but i WILL lose my goal. i need to. BUT  i will not do it the unhealthy way. 

oh darn i woke up late and missed breakfast (sarcasm)

so I am now enjoying my lunch before I get some sort of workout in.

Lunch-218 calories- Special K Protein Plus Cereal with milk and fresh sliced strawberries.
cereal-150 calories for 1.5 servings (1 1/8 cup)
milk-55 calories
strawberries-1/4th cup- 15 calories

since i’ll probably only eat dinner and a small snack tonight I should stay wayyy under my calorie limit. if anyone has myfitnesspal you can message me for my name. :)
