this my anonymous blog to follow my journey of weight loss. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and I am finally taking control of it. Any tips/advice is helpful.

i literally only ate a grilled chicken salad and half of a turkey sub with no mayo and lots of veggies. :) i need to get my water intake up again. ive been lax on it. :) im definitely getting back into the swing of things. I’ve been having some gall bladder issues so i can no longer eat frieds, fatty, salty, heavy, or heavily processed foods, or dairy without feeling sick SO thats good for my weight loss. I will now eat A LOT more veggies and fruits. im gonna do a high fiber, low fat diet with LOTS of liquids and vitamin and such. i’m excited. Im thinking of cutting out a certain thing for certain days of the week. like no bread on mon, wed, fri. no red meat on tue, thur, or sat. idk we’ll see. its hard whenn my momma makes dinner. but i can definitely try to sway her.
i weighed myself and i only gained back two lbs of the 27 I had lost from beg of Sept-end of Oct. which isnt too bad. but i WILL lose my goal. i need to. BUT i will not do it the unhealthy way.
I dont even know what my calorie count was today. We had pizza for dinner. I tried to fill up on salad BUT i havent had pizza in over a month or two and i found myself not being able to resist. So i think my calorie intake was closer to 1800 today. I didn’t make it to the gym but I did manage to bust my ass and burn close to 400 calories WHICH is better than none I guess. I did 50 jumping jacks, 50 air squats, 25 situps, and 15 leg lifts. I tried so hard to do 25 leg lifts but I just could barely get past 10 but i pushed to 15. Tomorrow I’m not going for sushi like normal so I will be able to eat better and I’m making sure to get to the gym for an hour and bust my ass. I think i’m going to try the ab coaster just to see how it works and such. So yeah. I’m going to post an outline for tomorrow.
Breakfast: 2 over medium eggs on a Thomas’ whole wheat bagel thin. 260
MidMorning Snack: Chobani non fat greek yogurt 190
Lunch: maybe some hummus and trisquit crackers <250
Afternoon snack: carrots, apple or strawberry <100
Evening Snack: dry Kashi Go Lean crunch cereal 190
thats around 1000 calories depending on how many crackers I eat. Which leaves more than enough for dinner. I’ll probably burn around 1000 at the gym. So tomorrow I am back on track :)
Food: around 2000
today I kind of ate some crappy food because mom brought home chinese for lunch and i caved and ate a little more than i should and nibbled some candy. My calorie count was higher today than its been in weeks so im not too broken up about it. I’m very happy i’m down 23 lbs and its making me that much more motivated to keep it up and bust my ass at the gym and make my days of caving and eating things i shouldnt disappear. :)

23 lbs down in just under a month. :) I’m very happy about this.
